USAGE CONDITIONS

It is advisable to provide accurate information to Shah Taxi.

Shah Taxi retains the right to authenticate the provided information and may opt to refuse service or access to the Application/Website without specifying reasons.

By using the Application or Website, you hereby acknowledge the following:

You understand your agreement with Shah Taxi regarding the use of the Website/Application and possess a clear comprehension of the service, including our explanations.

Do not transfer or assign your account to any other individual or legal entity.

Do not utilize the Service or Application for illegal activities, including but not limited to transmitting or storing any unlawful material or for fraudulent purposes.

Do not use the Service or Application to cause disturbance, annoyance, or inconvenience.

Do not disrupt the proper functioning of the network.

Do not attempt to harm the Service or Application in any way.

Do not reproduce or distribute the Application or other Shah Taxi content without obtaining written permission from Shah Taxi.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account password information and any other provided identification, enabling access to the Service and Application.

Provide any reasonable proof of identity as requested by us.

Adhere to all relevant laws in your city, state, and country while using the Application or the service.

In addition to the reasons outlined in the Termination clause below, Shah Taxi reserves the right to promptly terminate the service and the use of the Application if you fail to comply with any of the aforementioned rules.

GENERAL CUSTOMER GUIDELINES

Customers or passengers are expected to demonstrate reasonable behavior when utilizing the services provided by Shah Taxi. The company emphasizes that all customers should assume full responsibility for their belongings.

All calls made to the company's customer care are recorded by the company for the purpose of quality assurance and training.

Customers must refrain from participating in the following activities while in a cab:

1. Requesting the driver to violate any traffic, transport, city police, and/or government rules, especially to expedite reaching the destination.

2. Pressuring the driver to overload the cab's trunk space with luggage. Customers are generally prohibited from using the seating area of the cab to store any type of luggage.

REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, INDEMNIFICATION, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Notwithstanding the above, the Company does not guarantee or warrant that:

• The services will meet the customer's specific requirements.
• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• Shah Taxi is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer resulting from the use of cab services offered by the Transport Service Provider (TSP) or due to the TSP's failure to provide services to the customer for any reason. This includes instances such as the customer's non-compliance with the recorded voice instructions of the services, malfunctions, partial or total failures of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission, or telecommunications system, or other circumstances, whether or not beyond the control of the Company or any person or organization involved in the mentioned systems.
• The vehicle will not move in cases where a permit or local union issue arises.
• Shah Taxi will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the TSP fulfills their duty adequately, but exceptions may occur. If a passenger misses a train, flight, or bus due to the cab not reaching its destination for any reason, Shah Taxi will not be liable for compensation. Customers are advised to make alternative arrangements in such cases.
• The Company is not liable for any conduct exhibited by cab drivers. Shah Taxi encourages customers to report any complaints they may have against the driver of a cab hired through Shah Taxi's platform.

Terms and Conditions for Shah Taxi Usage

The customer is obligated to cover the taxi fare, parking charges, additional night charges (where applicable), and any current or future fees or levies mandated by law for utilizing taxi services.

• The customer acknowledges that utilizing the services provided by Shah Taxi is entirely at their own risk and accepts that Shah Taxi disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express or implied.
• While inside a taxi, the customer agrees not to participate in the following activities: - Smoking or consuming any intoxicants inside the taxi. The driver reserves the right to refuse pick-up or request the customer to disembark if found intoxicated or misbehaving. - Damaging or soiling the seats and/or any other interiors of the taxi. - Misusing, soiling, or damaging any devices in the taxi. - Requesting the driver to violate any traffic/RTO/city police and/or government rules, with the driver having the right to refuse such requests. - Asking the driver to exceed the seating capacity in the taxi.
• Shah Taxi will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
• The customer is solely responsible for managing their trip/travel punctually, and Shah Taxi will not be liable for any compensation if a passenger misses a train, flight, or bus.
• The customer shall indemnify Shah Taxi from any liabilities, losses, charges, and expenses arising from the use or intended use of the services.
• Shah Taxi reserves the right to terminate taxi bookings at any time without providing a reason.
• The company encourages customers to take full responsibility for their belongings, disclaiming any liability for lost or damaged items during the journey.
• Any complaints or lost items must be reported to Shah Taxi in writing within 4 hours of using the taxi.
• Shah Taxi is not responsible for the conduct of taxi drivers but encourages customers to report any complaints.
• Shah Taxi may add, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with customers being bound by such changes once implemented.
• Shah Taxi does not own taxis or employ drivers directly, disclaiming liability for both.
• Customer contact information may be used by Shah Taxi for marketing purposes.
• For one-way bookings, pickups and drops will only be done from and to the scheduled addresses.
• In emergency cases, taxi drivers may charge extra amounts that cannot be negotiated.
• A toll-tax of Rs 200/- will be paid extra to the driver only for specified routes.
• Shah Taxi reserves the right to cancel or change vehicle bookings at any point.
• In the case of partial payment, the balance must be paid in advance at the time of pick-up.
• Modifications/amendments to bookings are not allowed.

The above terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user(s) and Shah Taxi, superseding any prior agreements.

Other Provisions

When embarking on journeys to specific destinations via designated routes, there are heightened risks, and you assume full responsibility for such travels, including their costs and consequences. Shah Taxi advises you to consult with local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking trips to certain destinations via specified routes.

While Shah Taxi encourages travel to specific destinations via designated routes through discounts and deals, it does not assert that such journeys are advisable or without risks. Shah Taxi disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or delays that may arise from travel to these destinations or any others. Shah Taxi, its Affiliates, and their respective suppliers are not accountable for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any taxi/car rental operators or other suppliers, leading to personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses.

Shah Taxi, its Affiliates, and their respective suppliers bear no responsibility and will not provide a refund in the event of any delay, strike, force majeure, or other causes beyond their direct control. They have no liability for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or actions of any government or authority.

The utilization of this website is governed by the following terms of use:
