Shah Taxi is committed to providing optimal assistance to its customers and, therefore, upholds a flexible cancellation policy:
1. The customer understands and accepts that a refund will be initiated if the cancellation request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup. (Refer to point 3 for special cases)
2. Cancellations can be made through phone or email, with all cancellation requests linked to the booking ID provided during cab reservation.
3. No cancellations are accepted for products/services acquired through Shah Taxi's marketing team on special occasions such as Dussehra, Pongal, Diwali, New Year, etc. These are limited-time offers, making cancellations unfeasible.
4. Shah Taxi will not be held accountable for any cancellation or delay in service due to natural calamities, unrest, strikes, or road jams/traffic, etc. Consequently, no refund will be issued.
5. The customer acknowledges that no refund will be processed if the cancellation request is received within 36 hours of the scheduled pickup.
6. Shah Taxi reserves the right to modify driver and taxi details before boarding the taxi in case of vehicle breakdown or other legitimate reasons at the driver's end. No cancellation requests will be entertained in such instances.
7. Shah Taxi reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of the vehicle at any point in time.
Refunds will be processed and returned to you within 7-15 working days if you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the "Cancellation and Returns" policy mentioned above.
